We are currently looking for a Banquet Sales Manager who will be able to maintain our current accounts receivable and also who enjoys selling to get us new accounts receivable. You will have the chance to ensure coordination between departments in order to maximize hotel performance while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities

  • Yes it is true that you will have objectives to achieve and we are convinced that you will be able to achieve them and maximize the sales of the department.
  • Your customers? You will work with corporate, associative and of course social clients (small and large weddings!), Via external sales efforts, in order to ensure a good volume of business per unit. Go ahead, establish your base!
  • Do you like selling? You will have the chance to develop new initiatives, offer new packages as well as new tools.
  • The guests must eat! So you will have to develop and maintain relationships with customers in order to support food & drink sales and banquet services.
  • Negotiate, produce and review sales contracts, pricing agreements and orders for banquets.
  • Ensure proper use of banquet spaces.
  • Yes, your supervisor might ask you to do various other small tasks.

 What we are looking for

  • Do you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel banquet sales department ? 

We would also like someone with the following skills and abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in hotel management or specialization in marketing;

Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • Perfectly bilingual;
  • Excellent organizational skills and priority management;
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship;
  • Interpersonal and sensitive to the quality and standards of the service;
  • Proficiency in standard management software (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Knowledge of Delphi will be considered an asset;
  • Any training and relevant experience combined will be considered.
