With offices in five provinces, Miller Thomson’s Restructuring and Insolvency Group has the extensive coverage, depth and experience necessary to advise and assist clients across the full range of restructuring and insolvency proceedings, including national and cross border proceedings. Our lawyers have been involved in some of Canada’s most complex insolvency matters.

The Ideal Candidate To Join Our Team Will Have

• Excellent academic credentials
• Between 2-6 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring with a leading law firm
• Familiarity and experience with drafting court documents and transaction documents
• A license to practice law in Ontario
• Proven client management skills
