We are looking for an Intermediate Paralegal, Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions for our Montreal office .

The Paralegal, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions is an indispensable member of the team. She works in collaboration with the lawyers of her practice group, he performs day-to-day operations such as the incorporation of companies, the amendment of articles of association, mergers, dissolutions, the registration of trade names and partnerships, the extra-provincial registration of companies and limited partnerships and related business maintenance tasks.

The paralegal is in charge of several clients and group of companies, actively participates in commercial transactions and tax reorganizations by being in charge of the preparation of corporate documents and the closing agenda, in collaboration with lawyers. The paralegal also participates in the training of junior paralegals.

For the firm to achieve the objectives of its clients, the paralegal must imperatively be receptive, resourceful, professional and gifted for customer service, in addition to being able to manage mandates and priorities in order to move cases forward. and meet deadlines.

  • Minimum two to three years of experience in a firm.
  • Paralegal certificate or diploma or equivalent diploma.
