We are currently seeking a National Accounts Coordinator to join our National Accounts team. In this role, the successful candidate is expected to organize and schedule activities for the VP, Head of National Accounts and any direct VP reports, and to support those activities with administrative and sales support. There would also be some administrative support to the direct reports of the VPs on the team. 

What you will do  

  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the VP, Head of National Accounts  
  • Organize required travel and accommodation needs for the National Accounts team 
  • Complete and submit expenses for team members
  • Build and maintain campaigns in SalesForce
  • Supporting the National Accounts team with administrative needs, such as marketing/sales support, sponsorship, conference support, coops, compliance and event planning 
  • Answer calls and correspondence 
  • Summarize product and marketing updates 
  • Take minutes in team meetings

What you will bring

  • 1-2 years industry experience 
  • Client services or administrative experience an asset 
  • University degree and/or college diploma required 
  • Fluent in computer skills (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint) 
  • Solid understanding of investment products and mutual funds 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Able to work in a team environment
