Our group specializing in civil and commercial litigation is seeking an energetic, team-oriented, and business-minded associate to join our Montreal office team .

Miller Thomson's Civil and Commercial Litigation Group is committed to providing clients with value-added services and employing an approach that helps them achieve their objectives. Our national presence allows us to handle litigation matters across all areas of general civil and commercial litigation. Focusing on specific areas of litigation ensures we have the right people to resolve each issue. Miller Thomson's platform also enables us to collaborate with professionals from other disciplines when needed.

Many companies have used our services to represent them before courts and arbitration tribunals and have relied on our team for proactive and effective advice. What you will bring to Miller Thomson:

• 2 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Member of the Quebec Bar.
• Excellent customer service.
• Strong analytical, communication and writing skills.
• Demonstrates an entrepreneurial attitude.
