The Marketing Automation Manager has a strong and energetic personality, a go-getter attitude, a depth of experience in many facets of marketing and a strong foundation in producing content. Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects, consistently hit deadlines, stay calm under fire and communicate clearly and often to all appropriate stakeholders are crucial skills for success.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the day to day operations of the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and other marketing tools to support marketing campaigns
  • Assist with managing and optimizing the MAP/CRM integration
  • Assist with maintaining database cleanliness Help manage and improve marketing reporting, providing the team with the support to make data-driven decisions
  • Execute various email marketing campaigns and nurture workflows, employing targeted segmentation criteria
  • Run A/B tests for email campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance
  • Track campaign performance and tweak workflows accordingly
  • Ensure compliance while executing email marketing campaigns and collecting data

Education/Work Experience

  • 3+ years minimum in marketing automation/demand generation

Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform
  • Understanding of Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem solving skills
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills
  • Should know how to use data as fuel to drive results
  • Although not a mandatory requirement, fundamental knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
