Junior Highway Designer

We're looking for a passionate recent graduate to join our Ontario Highway Design Team in one of our offices (Mississauga, Ottawa or Thornhill). You'll work on various projects—from low-volume secondary highways to high-capacity multi-lane freeways—making a real impact on transportation across Canada.

What you can expect to do here
What you'll bring to WSP
A university degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)
Some experience in highway/roadway design (an asset), ideally on MTO projects
Intent to register as a Professional Engineer in Ontario when eligible
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
Adaptability to evolving digital technologies and methodologies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
A valid G driver's license (an asset)
