We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and collaborative Intelligent Automation Analyst to join our Retirement Operations Transformation team. In this role, you will be working alongside other analysts and developers in the enhancement and creation of various technical tools to bring increased efficiency to our business partners.

Does this sound like you?

  • Excellent proven data manipulation skills using MSSQL queries, Microsoft Excel, Access and Visual Basic
  • Experience working with varying data sources (MSSQL, Oracle, DB2, MS Access, etc.)
  • Familiarity with RPA tools and technologies (Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, PowerAutomate, Ui Path)
  • Exceptional customer service focus
  • Get it done mentality, flexible & adaptable to change, resiliency with ambiguity

What you will do:

  • Configure and supporting various automation tools
  • Create & enhance MSSQL queries, distributing non-standard reports to internal partners
  • Support, and when possible, re-platforming end user computing tools (VB macros and MS Access tools)
  • Collaborate with Solution Analysts in the creation of business requirements, and own the creation of business requirements and user stories for smaller initiatives
  • Participate in automation activities demonstrating the use of no code and low code tools
  • Identify risks and mitigation strategies

What you bring:

  • University/College degree or equivalent experience in computer science/engineering
