Position Responsibilities:  

  • Gain valuable and diverse experience with multiple asset classes and front office exposure  
  • Support investment and operational activities across one or more specialized GA teams
  • Assist in sourcing, underwriting, and monitoring investments across asset classes and geographies
  • Participate in portfolio management, trading operations, and strategic asset allocation
  • Contribute to financial modeling, performance reporting, and governance initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovation and operational excellence


Job Skills/Competencies Required

Required Qualifications:  

  • Expected to graduate in 2027 from an accredited university with a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration  

  • Working knowledge of investment and financial markets  

  • Demonstrated understanding of financial and investment analysis techniques  

  • Ability to be flexible, creative, and proactive in a challenging and fast-paced environment  

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to learn new software quickly  

  • Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis
