Demand Generation Manager 

You are a demand marketing leader, with strong SaaS experience and passion in building high performance programs and strong partnerships across teams.  You have a proven record of translating business objectives into demand gen tactics and campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.   

You have a proven ability to build scale and efficiency across a global team through process, education, and technology.  You have managed direct reports and built strong partnerships in your past roles, and are equally comfortable being a player and a coach.  You are able to identify improvements and solutions that will drive an outsized impact.

You are a Hubspot and Salesforce.com master across program execution, reporting, and data management. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own Demand Generation program execution and general marketing operations
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a small team of dedicated DG specialists 
  • Increase qualified marketing leads and improve conversion rates across the top and middle of the sales funnel
  • Create conversion focused short form content and assets to support demand programs
  • Provide regular reporting and insight related to Demand Gen programs and campaigns
  • Act as Administrator and user of Hubspot, and Webinar programs
  • Execute customer campaigns for renewal and expansion in partnership with the Customer Marketing Manager
  • Track, measure and evaluate program effectiveness/ROI and improve every marketing campaign
  • Partner closely with the Product Marketing team to ensure the correct content mix for the whole buyer’s journey
  • Identify, plan, and execute physical events, virtual events, and webinars.  Develop event and speaker materials, and where needed act as host/mediator 
  • Leverage project and resource management platforms to bring visibility and predictability to program building, testing, and iteration 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of SaaS or tech marketing experience. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or 3-5 years in related fields required. Specific experience with B2B marketing is most desirable.


Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and account based marketing
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of ABM principles and platforms (DemandBase, 6Sense, Engagio)
  • Knowledge of marketing platforms that include but not limited to CMS, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics)
  • Excellent copywriting and copy editing skills.
