Status: Short term contract

The Business Development Associate (BDA) role serves as the entry-level role into a client-facing sales career at Alida and is designed to be your first look into how we sell Alida products. 

In this role, you will support a team of client-facing, outbound Business Development Representatives (BDR). You will simultaneously be trained in core sales skills to become a client-facing, inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR). 

Successful BDAs critically think and learn through coaching from their mentors, build upon, and improve their skills throughout their tenure in this program. After mastering the BDA role, you may be eligible to continue into the SDR role based upon your success in this role.

About the Role:

  • Align with and directly support a team of BDRs in determining key decision-makers within the leadership team of those accounts and building out accounts by creating new contacts and updating current contacts in our CRM
  • Work closely with the leadership team to create and improve Sales Enablement programs and projects.
  • Build knowledge of SaaS Tech Stack (i.e. Salesforce, LinkedIn SalesNavigator)
  • Grow SaaS Sales career with the development of personal and professional skills
  • Develop a foundational knowledge of Alida products and business acumen


  • Must be within less than 1-year of having completed a post-secondary degree/diploma
