The Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) Rotation Program is an immersive experience that allows individuals to explore a plenitude of career opportunities that will guide them to their ideal career path.About the Programable Solutions GroupPSG is responsible for Intel's programmable logic devices and forms part of Intel's Data Platform's Group

About this role

The PSG rotation program is a 12-18mo program that will allow you to explore different parts of the Programmable Solutions Group. You will get to rotate with 3-4 groups for an average of 4-6mo each. Once you have successfully completed the program you will be eligible to transfer to open positions within the organization.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Work on challenging technical rotations that help drive critical business and organizational goals
  • Experience different roles in disciplines ranging from applications engineering, technical marketing, business development, etc.
  • Build a robust technical and business acumen
  • Get exposure to the company's product portfolio and business processes
  • Receive coaching and mentoring from our internal network of professionals

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ months of Programming experience (ex: VHDL/Verilog/ C++/Perl/Python/TCL)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or coursework with: FPGAs Digital Logic Business principles (sales and marketing)

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
