  • Drive the actionable items with recommendations for the senior management decision and work closely with different functional departments for various objectives in the program
  • Monitor and control project progress to ensure successful implementation of the agreed scope within schedule and budget
  • Develop project documentation e.g. improvement strategies, road maps, and potential risks, project approval document, etc. both Thai and English
  • Serve as primary contact with key stakeholders and be able to establish best practices by identifying potential opportunities
  • Monitor closely program governance activities including not limited to - advising on project deliverables, conducting project documentation spot check and project status checks
  • Organize and maintain project files and databases
  • Any other tasks as requests


  • Bachelor’s Degree, (preferable in field of Finance, or Accountancy)
  • Experienced in process improvement, project management at least 2 years
  • Preferable project management experience

Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • Required Power point and excel Microsoft Word (to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets
  • English proficiency 
  • Using Microsoft office 365, Outlook (and arrange utility function)
