Job Description & Qualifications

Global Nielsen Media fuels the media industry with unbiased, reliable data about what people watch and listen to. At the core of our data is our Field & Call Center associates, who connect and build personal relationships with consumers to collect data on TV, Radio, and Digital Device consumption.

The role

To understand the behaviour of the populations in Thailand regarding the media landscape, then a single-source multi-media survey provides critical insights into the media and buying habits is required. The Consumer Media View (CMV) fuses survey data capturing a single source read of individuals’ claimed product and media consumption and lifestyle/ attitudes with actual media rating data.

And to understand the behaviour of the populations in Thailand regarding the radio station listening for the Greater Bangkok area, then a single source survey provides listening insights is required. RAM (Radio Audience Measurement) survey data capturing a radio listening of individuals’ claimed radio listening consumption with actual media rating data.

The primary objective is to operate the data validation on a daily basis and be able to monitor the survey projects with data summarized as required. To learn and understand how to create and manage the internal survey platform tool and also perform an update/analyze follow the requirements of each project.

Responsibilities

  • Quick learning and understanding of the internal software/tool to manage the responsible tasks effectively result
  • Coordinate and communicate to the supervisor on what the benefits/challenges of the tasks under responsible 
  • Monitor and analysis to find out any abnormal trends/data input to further investigate
  • Prioritize and manage the importance of each project to meet the timelines with quality result
  • To present the result/findings and provide ideas to overcome the issues if any

Requirements

  • This is an entry-level position.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to APPLY
  • High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer related field or equivalent work experience. We are more interested in passion for learning and what you are capable of than we are in academic qualification
