Job Description & Qualifications

The Associate is expected to support, coordinate and work towards improving and increasing Mazars brand awareness in the business communities and across clients. To work closely with key stakeholders to reinforce, create strong presence and promote Mazars as the leading audit, tax and advisory partner and the employer of choice. It is imperatives that the incumbent is central to the success of the team through helping in the coordination and implementation of marketing plan and strategies as directed and to take ownership in the executive of the necessary process.


Event Communications

  • Manage marketing events and initiatives of the firm, such as webinars, seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Sourcing and management of clients’ initiative, corporate gifts, and vendors, including coordination of the purchasing process for marketing related items.
  • Manage and maintain contact database of clients.

Digital Communications

  • Update and maintain Mazars in Singapore’s digital and social media presence, including daily monitoring, posting, scheduling and monthly reporting
  • Design flyers, graphics, and other marketing materials (corporate template will be provided) and assist in conceptualizing, storyboarding, and filming of video content
  • Manage the contact inbox and direct new enquiries to the relevant BD respective.
  • Monitor, update and promote the organization’s website regularly.

Internal Communications

  • Ensure that all contents are adherent to corporate guidelines and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
  • Update CVs and corporate photos for BD presentations.
  • Other duties related to Marcom operations and administration


  • Degree in Marketing/Communications or relevant discipline
  • Candidates with prior marketing internship experience will be an added advantage

Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • Experience working on a video editing software and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator) is required
  • Knowledge in website content management, google analytics, Mailchimp and SEO will be an added advantage
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Self-driven and has great attention to detail, resourceful and proactive
  • Passion for change and digital transformation
  • Ability to work well independently, and a good team player
