We are looking to hire!

Our Corporate / M&A practice group is looking to expand our team of lawyers.

We are looking for lawyers:

• with 2 to 5 years of PQE in corporate / M&A and/or equity capital markets;
• have good interpersonal skills; and
• who are able to work together in a team.

This is a good opportunity to:

• gain experience and exposure on corporate / M&A deals; and
