Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM Talent Transformation Service Line in Singapore is opening a 3 to 6 month-long paid internship program.

Upon successful closure of the internship program, you will have an opportunity to become a Talent Transformation Consultant at IBM and get ready to help IBM clients embark on their HR Transformation journey from Digital HR Strategy development, HR Operating Model Design and implementation, to HR Technology Deployment such as Workday, SuccessFactors and Oracle.

Our team of Talent Transformation consultants takes on the challenge to transform talent management to deliver international experiences to help organizations become inherently humanized while infusing AI and automation into HR to drive immediate value.

You will use a mix of consulting skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively actualize strategy to execution, into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results..

We are looking for a talent with a passion to learn technology, solve customers’ challenges and influence the way they do business. This is an opportunity to leverage your skills in a truly innovative and dynamic environment across countries and cultures with the support of experienced mentors.

From the first day in IBM, you will start a period of training sessions which include: consulting skills, business process overview in HR, and many more areas.

You will be able to specialize in one of the two tracks:

HR Strategy and Consulting Specialisation

  • You will gain experience in HR Transformation consulting including HR Operating Model Design, Employee Experience Design, HR Process Design, Digital Change Management etc., and be able to leverage on IBM thought leadership. You will take part in real consulting projects and work together with talented individuals who will help you to build your career as a Talent Transformation consultant.

HR Technology Specialisation

  • You will gain experience in system configuration based on client’s needs, expose to the latest technologies such as AI and Chatbot and improve your presentation and analytical skills. You will take part in real consulting and HRIS implementation projects and work together with talented individuals who will help you to build your career as a Talent Transformation consultant.

As an intern, you will be able to get real job experience, as well as discover what you want to do in your future. You’ll be given access to an unrivalled amount of learning and certifications to add to your digital profile (just a few examples, ranging from design thinking, agile delivery, digital change etc). Moreover, you will have the advantage to be considered as potential hires for future Graduate Programs roles which will allow you to further grow with us.

Preferred Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science
