Job Description & Qualifications
iFAST Capital Sdn. Bhd. ("iFAST Capital") provides a comprehensive range of services such as assisting in dealing, investment administration, research support, IT services and backroom functions to financial planners.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day to day financial operations.
- Handle and deal with payees and banks on payment matters (bank in slip).
- Assist in updating audit schedules for MY company.
- Rolling forward the schedules and reports.
- Staff Claim preparation and vouching to supporting documents.
- Assist in archiving 2019 documents.
- Bi-monthly Download of Bank Statement for all bank account.
- Update trailer fees billing and collection daily basis in excel.
- Other key administrative functions and ad-hoc assignment in Finance Department.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- 1 Internship position available for duration of 3-6 months.
Job Skills/Competencies Required
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, power point
- Organized individual with good team work spirit.
- Able to converse in English and communicate well.
