Job Description

• Responsible for enabling and sustaining ATE test in the lab for specific products for the purpose of identifying and researching component failures to improve product yield, quality and/or reliability.
• Involves understanding of test content, test structure, validating test programs and performing design of experiments to debug miscorrelation of test failures.
• Analyzes test log, failure reports and recommends corrective action to prevent reoccurrence of problems.
• May support new product transfer or startup and develop automation scripts for the improvement of test process.
• Strives to proliferate shared learning across sites. Maintain necessary records and reports.
• Performs other related duties as required or as directed.

Qualifications

• You must possess a bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, mechatronics, microelectronics or equivalent.
• Knowledge in basic programming is required (preferably Python & C#), understanding of test program, test handler tool software system, test failing limits characterization and tester hardware debug is an added advantage.
• You should also demonstrate good analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
