To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program, you must meet the below requirements:

Possess a degree (Bachelors, Masters or PhD) that is relevant
To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program, you should be in your final year of study or have less than three years of relevant work experience.
Possess leadership presence and involvement in team working environment experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Have valid work authorization in Malaysia.
Graduate prior to your first day at Shell.
Dependent of the nature of work, roles can be based in either West or East Malaysia locations.

Start date: Graduates will be hired and onboarded in May / November 2024.
