Colgate Sales Trainee (GT Channel)
Job Description & Qualifications
We are the Recruitment Team of Colgate-Palmolive Vietnam. We would like to introduce to you the Sales Trainee program at the company. With a 12-month roadmap, the Sales Trainee program aims to train a team of good Sales Supervisors for the Traditional channel in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
Job description
- Sells FMCG products including oral care (toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash) and personal care (shampoo and shower gel)
- Conduct customer visits, display merchandise, shelves, and other KPIs as required by the company
- Learn and practice the role of sales supervisor through sales skills, partnering with distributors and managing a team of sales staff.
- Working in the southern provinces.
Requirements
- Graduated from University/College majoring in Economics in general
- Good health
- Can work away from home (according to company arrangement)
- Monday - Saturday every week.
