Job Description & Qualifications

Job Description:

  • Supports workstream leads (based on PM and PMO Lead directions) address the most complex/strategic problems emerging throughout the project
  • Builds an approach to solve complex problems (approve by workstream lead)
  • Supports with quantitative analyses for decision making, including data request / data gathering, setup of quantitative models, assumptions/ scenarios definition
  • Supports with research via internal and external sources (e.g. internal stakeholder interviews, industry reports, mystery shopping, discussion with technology vendors,…)
  • Supports with assessment of as is business and technology architecture, and translates these into business and IT requirements for PSH
  • design options / trade off’s and their relative implications)
  • Understands overall programs Business and IT objectives and prioritize to ensure consistency of decisions over time
  • Prepares material that synthetize analysis/research results into actionable insights
  • Presents results to senior BBL stakeholders with clear objectives, options, trade off’s, implications to support rapid decision making
  • Collaborates with external consultants supporting PMO activities (if any) to ensure rapid and effective capability building and best practice adoption
  • Training on the job analysis review and QC, preparation of final documents for senior presentation


  • Bachelor Degree or higher in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • At Least 3 years experience as Business Analyst (or equivalent) in financial institutions
  • Supporting managerial decision making by synthetizing insights from quantitative analyses, benchmarks, research, collection of input from several stakeholders, etc.
  • Ideally with experience on technology-related initiatives and in interacting with IT teams
  • More senior profiles required to have experience managing more junior Analysts
