Job Description & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Monitor the social media channels  – Instagram, Facebook, Youtube.
  • Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
  • Develop social media timelines coinciding with new content launches and brand messages.
  • Produce various digital content and graphics to drive engagement or create virality through static images or short format videos.
  • Work closely with Content Partners to secure materials and images.
  • Keep up to date with any social media trends in relation to Youth and Kids.
  • Ensure consistent brand message across all the social media channels.
  • Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports.
  • Assist with social media performance reports.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, consumer behaviours, research and analytics methodologies and work with the strategy team to come out with digital innovation.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Media / Communication / Marketing / Digital Marketing / Advertising or any related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a relevant field or industry.


Job Skills/Competencies Required

  • Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and digital/social media platforms would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge in digital and social media strategy, matched with a good design sense.
  • Proficient in the use of design and video editing software, preferably having worked on advertising campaigns.
  • A creative thinker and problem solver, able to multitask with high attention to details.
  • Possess a combination of critical as well as creative thinking skills in organising information and ideas.
  • Excellent team-player who can manage relationship with different stakeholders.
  • Good in planning and able to manage timeline effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Possess own transport and willingness to work over weekends and public holidays (if needed for campaigns).
