Principal responsibilities

  • Support Administration and Billing team to work on fee billing task (update client’s list, distribution list, print out the invoice and etc.), and Admin. task on static data maintenance (client’s static data and also securities maintenance etc.)
  • Maintain transaction cash transfer via HFE, maintain and update the custody charge codes as per the agreed tariff into the Group HUB Securities System (GHSS)
  • Arrange invoices and payments relation to the custody fees for all products of HSS
  • Reconciliation tasks: balances of Client’s holdings, internal suspense accounts and outstanding charge report, VAT reconciliation, Depository Charges, Sanction screening etc.
  • Responsible for regulatory reporting e.g. OIC report (of some accounts)

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • At least 1-3 years work experience or more in related fields in Banking and Financial Business is a plus
