Job Description & Qualifications

Purpose of Job

Solutions consultant involved in business consulting and transformation, process related work, application of technology to solve business challenges and configuration/customisation of applications. We need the following:

• SAP IBP Functional Consultant for Response and Supply, Demand, Control Tower, Inventory
• SAP IBP CI-DS Integration Consultant
• SAP IBP Solution Architect

Key Outputs

Delivery

• Performs research into client environments and industry solutions and tools
• Understand and interpret business requirements
• Think independently and creatively when formulating solutions
• Fulfil various project assignments as required
• Participate in the design and delivery of end-to-end business solutions which are enabled by technology
• Have a working knowledge (2 years +) of current technologies and their applications within a business context
• Document client requirements, business environment, people capabilities and technology architectures
• Develop high level designs (blueprints) of target solutions
• Actively participate during project delivery in design, configuration, testing and commissioning of solutions
• Develop architectural capabilities across business and technology architectures
• Maintaining and developing technology transformation skills

Sales

• Conceive innovative solutions for clients
• Identify opportunities for improvement within clients businesses
• Support business development initiatives

Relationships

• Be able to build and sustain professional relationships both within PwC and externally
• Actively collaborate with colleagues in solving challenges

Experience

0 - 2 year relevant project and consulting experience

Qualifications

• BCom Informatics or equivalent or
• BSc with majors in computer science and/or information systems or
• BSc in Engineering with programming modules at a second year level or
• 4 year BTech/BEng degree in computer science and/or information systems
• Honours degree in the above an advantage

Accreditation

• SAP IBP certifications
• SAPICS certifications would be an added advantage
• Enterprise Architecture Certification an added advantage
