Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for activation and testing the B2B services End to End for Mega Project (ISP Network and Customer CPEs) and perform the proper troubleshooting procedures to diagnose any problem with the concerned teams.
  • Review next day installation prepared plan by making sure that all components ( devices , cables , TE work orders ..) are available and all stakeholders are informed to ensure successful and smooth installation cases.
  • Coordinate distributing of work to ensure proper workload distribution among available team members.
  • Review transportations papers to ensure meeting of company travel policy.
  • Responsible for configuring modems, routers, any other required equipment and testing them to ensure proper hardware operation.
  • Manage field technicians during the installation process at the central and customer site to ensure proper work steps are done by the tech.
  • Manage solving any obstacles that may delay the installation process.
  • Update concerned teams by any extra requirements of the customer to ensure that his requirements are totally met.
  • Work closely with customer during activation phase for his router configuration & troubleshoot for any problem.
  • Update system with accurate technical data and close installed orders.
  • Pay customer visit at project closure to deliver the whole project to the customer.
  • Make site surveys and suggest the requirements for applicable solutions.
  • Present daily / weekly / monthly reports to ensure that the required updated are propagated

Qualifications Essential

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or any related field.

Experience Essential

Minimum 2 years of experience.

Experience Desirable

  • Minimum 1 year Experience in similar telecommunication fields.
  • Project Management

Certifications Essential

  • CCNP-optional
