Business Analyst

PwC France & Maghreb's Digital Factory designs, develops, and operates a suite of innovative SaaS applications deployed in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment.To strengthen our delivery capacity and support the growth of our digital products, we are recruiting a Business Analyst who will work in tandem with a Product Manager at the heart of the Digital Factory's projects.In program management at PwC, you will oversee and coordinate multiple projects to facilitate successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Your work will involve strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Your Role: As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding business needs, preparing developments, and providing operational support for the products. You will be responsible for functional clarity and the quality of deliverables throughout the product lifecycle. 

Your Main Responsibilities: 

Requirements Analysis & Definition

• Gather and analyze user needs with the business teams and the Product Manager.
• Write the user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to the management of the product backlog.

Animation & delivery follow-up

• Participate in agile rituals (daily, refinement, review).
• Clarify the needs with the development team.
• Track sprint progress and operational priorities.

Testing & Functional Quality

• Prepare and perform functional tests.
• Identify anomalies and monitor their resolution.
• Ensure that developments comply with business needs.

Run & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in monitoring run KPIs (performance, incidents, change requests).
• Contribute to the analysis and prioritization of tickets.

User support & deployment

• Contribute to the deployment phases and associated support materials (guides, release notes).
• Helping the business units to get to grips with the new features.

What we are looking for

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a digital, IT or agile environment. (internship, apprenticeship or first job).
• Proficiency in functional writing and communication with technical teams.
• Attention to detail, rigor, analytical skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
