Please give a brief description of your job and what it involves?

I am tasked with providing the highest level of support service in line with the contract specifications and business development plans. I manage the service contracts for Otis lifts in the South East and seek to grow portfolio size by seeking and tendering for new contracts. I maintain company cash flow and ensure management and staff are knowledgeable of client specifications. I am also responsible for implementing and managing quality control procedures to maintain standards, reviewing maintenance and contractual reports and  liaising directly with the client on service related issues.

My specialties include:Strategic Relationship Development, Tendering, Contract implementation, Account Management, Business Management, Event Organisation and Networking

What key advice would you give to current students who would like to get into a similar job to you?

Keep applying! There′s no such thing as "I′ve applied to too many companies". You only have to look at the statistics in terms of graduates each year compare to professional jobs available to realise that the more you apply the better your chances.
