They should love to work with numbers and be willing to work in team. The job demands who can recommend a course of actions to management.

Why do you think you got this job e.g. what skills/knowledge/experience etc.

Experience of working in the mining industry. Also experience of working in team with people from diverse backgrounds which I gained when I studied in the UK gave me advantage over other candidates.
