What do you do?

I conduct and attend to ongoing project work, alongside building a lasting relationship with the clients to pave the way for future business.

This includes prompt catering to the original agreement, as well as real-time requirements of the clients and ensuring proper execution.

I think it′s important to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry. By maintaining favourable relations with our existing customers and mining them for information about their upcoming construction needs I am able to generate new works for the company.

Why do you think you got this job?

There are two major things which got me this job:

Project Management: Leadership and membership of projects, business process improvement and problem solving, working within the challenge timescales and budgets to deliver benefits
