I am responsible for entry and analysis of financial data/sector data. I also take the initiative to study responsible industries and help my supervisor gather new financial data and sector data. I also identify problems and give advice on related industries.

Why do you think you got this job?

My degree is Accounting and Finance, so I can make full use of what I learned in university by taking this job. I enhanced my software skills and I work harder because I know there is great potential for promotion in the future.

What key advice would you give to current students from China who would like to get into a similar job to you?

Get internship experience and take part in extra-curricular activities, both of which really help to develop your soft skills.

What other advice would you give to others graduates?

Start looking for jobs before going back to China and do more psychometrics tests - it will help you go through the online test stage.
