Clearstate, a business of the Economist Intelligence Unit, offers specialized healthcare market tracking intelligence complimented by strategic advisory services to help medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare service firms understand their current and potential markets, and implement pragmatic and innovative strategies to ultimately tap into new growth opportunities within Asia Pacific. Headquartered in Singapore, Clearstate aims to augment its field operations by seeking to add a high calibre and enterprising associate to the team.

We are currently looking for experienced individual with an entrepreneurial mind-set and strong leadership qualities to join us as a Senior Analyst in the healthcare division. As a Senior Analyst, you will be a critical member of the leadership and project team and will be heavily involved in leading and managing strategic projects and engagements with our key clients, leading a team of healthcare consultants including guidance, mentorship, and coaching, as well as driving key company initiatives including new solutions development, workflow improvement, staff training etc. The Associate will be put on a leadership track with an aggressive career progression plan, if proven capable.

How you will contribute:

  • Work with a team of healthcare analysts in multi-country project engagements in the healthcare industry in the areas of market opportunity assessment, customer insights, and competitive benchmarking
  • Be the key lead and contact person for the client in an engagement role
  • Involved in developing and marketing new solutions, including conceptualization, research design, and analysis framework development
  • Be responsible for the mentoring and guidance of junior consultants, developing their professional proficiency and ensuring that they meet their performance goals to successfully grow their career at Clearstate.

The ideal skills for this role include:

  • Minimum four years’ experience in a consulting firm or a healthcare research firm
  • Proven track record of account management and client handling, preferably in business consulting
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from top tier universities, preferably Science major, with an MBA
  • Exceptional command of written and spoken English, good command of business Mandarin is a plus
  • Highly analytical with at least two years of project management and leading experience
  • Experience in the healthcare sector preferred
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to motivate teams and work well with people at all levels in the organization
  • Attention to detail and being meticulous 
  • Versatility and ability to think inside and outside of the box
  • Ability to work in a fast paced team structure

EuroFinance, an Economist Group business, is the leading global provider of conferences, training and research on cash management, treasury and risk. We provide a platform for treasurers and CFOs from the world’s leading companies to exchange innovative strategies, best practice and expert opinion – either face-to-face or online.

We are looking for a Creative Artworker to support the creative team creating a variety of branded promotional literature including but not limited to brochures, whitepapers, web banners, print adverts, etc. Working closely with the senior design team the creative artworker will follow and adapt the brand guidelines to different materials preparing layouts and ensuring all artwork is delivered on time.  

As a naturally artistic person, they will be chosen for their attention to typographic detail and fastidious nature. The ability to demonstrate immaculate typography is key part of the role, showing a comprehensive understanding of lettering, spacing, page composition and visual information design.

How you will contribute:

  • Artwork creation: Brochures, adverts, flyers, video’s, social media cards, e-shots and other marketing collateral where necessary.
  • Create or resize layouts, format text accordingly and prepare print-ready/web-ready artwork
  • Create clear and compelling artwork of the highest standard, working to brand guidelines
  • Develop striking conceptual ideas for the artworks of our events
  • Design all the artwork for events such as signage, slideshows, handouts and video animation.
  • Create print ready and digital artwork for use by various departments.
  • Work on a variety of different projects covering typography, retouching designs, layouts and illustrations.
  • Artwork alterations following prescribing Information updates
  • Develop concepts and executing on multiple projects in a timely manner
  • Construct Artwork master templates for use throughout the organisation.
  • Update existing sales collateral and documents
  • Work with the senior designer to create clear and compelling infographics, icons and charts
  • Liaise with print production companies and take ownership of logistics to meet deadlines
  • Utilise knowledge of design, innovative thinking and cultural trends to guide solutions
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Fully understand briefs and be able to produce creative ideas
  • Able to deliver high-quality work, in compliance with established procedures and/or protocols, within tight deadlines
  • Advise and deliver on new and innovative communication strategies, and technological advancements in design creation and implementation
  • Work to short deadlines and fast turnaround times
  • Work to a brief, within the constraints of budgets and deadlines

The ideal skills for this role are:

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • A meticulous eye for typesetting and keen instincts for visual communication
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organisation and progress reporting skills to ensure projects run smoothly
  • Collaborative skills to work closely with colleagues from various departments within EuroFinance
  • Outstanding time management and ability to work within tight deadlines
  • An ability to work well under pressure and on a number of projects at any time
  • To be detail oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Flexible, adaptive with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the events industry

As a QA Engineer, we expect the professional to come in and really make a mark by helping us to improve quality across the business. The individual will apply their initiative, expertise, and experience to help improve testing and quality across the business.

How you will contribute:

  • Execute the testing of business applications by developing, publishing and implementing test plans for complex commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications, such as Salesforce.com.
  • Execute Functional (integration) and Non-functional tests (Usability, Compatibility, Accessibility, Performance, Security…)
  • Execute the internal regression testing process to ensure no existing business functionality is affected by feature development
  • Work closely with our vendors to analyse and improve existing procedures defined within their development lifecycle
  • Uphold test standards, ensuring all audit requirements are met
  • Test documentation creation and maintenance (test plans, test cases, and checklists)
  • Create reports on test results and software product quality
  • Execute test estimation
  • Liaise with the development team and key business users in Agile development projects – attending scrum review meeting and develop targeted test plans and cases
  • Work with developers to help them to ensure QA processes are shifted left.
  • Ensure your testing approach will be exploratory and risk-based, favouring the discovery and communication of information over the creation of test artefact.
  • Helping define and roll out improvements to testing and quality processes across both a tech team and wider company
  • Work towards more efficient ways of testing using the best tools/methodologies

The ideal skills for this role are:

  • 2+ years Salesforce QA experience - including ServiceCloud, SalesCloud, Lightening. 
  • Experience with testing in-built salesforce features and customisation.
  • Understanding of MVC (model view controller)
  • Programming language experience: Javascript, SOQL, SOSL,SQL, XML, JQUERY, APEX
  • Technologies: Selenium Webdriver and the page object design pattern
  • Ability to develop and maintain automated test suites which take our time to delivery down without impacting quality
  • In-depth experience of test planning, analysis, and scripting
  • Experience of testing within an Agile environment, adapting quickly to changing situations
  • Leading testing efforts, execution, and reporting, across multiple concurrent projects
  • That you are an experienced QA Engineer, with previous experience of large scale web applications, who understand that testing is far more than just “checking it works”
  • That you are a champion of quality and understand how it can be improved at every stage of software development
  • Project management and issue tracking tool experience: Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian JIRA, Xray, TestRail, MS Office package
  • ISEB Foundation qualification (desired)
