Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are: 

For the Workday@IBM system, the Workday Global Absence Leader represents the Absence GPOD and the policies, programs, practices, and process designs owned by the GPO as defined by the HR Enterprise Framework (EPF)
Processes are engaging and are in alignment and compliant to the GPO’s Global Templates within GPO’s ownership and accountability scope. Working with country SMEs and HR Leadership, is responsible for improvements and deliver in Workday@IBM

  • At the direction of the GPOD, you will be the Domain Expert (SME) for process related Workday@IBM strategic and tactical solutions
  • Point of contact for ongoing improvement of Workday@IBM business processes. Acts as change agent to the business to deliver with the COE improvements to Workday@IBM. Use Agile methods for development and delivery of improvements, new requirements, and legally required changes
  • When outside of current WD@IBM system scope, determine with GPOD, HR Transformation and Operations, CIO Leadership and Workday if there is a feasible WD system design /solution and gain approval to support within WD@IBM scope
  • Ensure integration of process designs across HR Workstreams and alignment of designs to IBM
  • Consult with Legal, ER/IR, Business Controls Representatives to ensure proposed to-be designs are audit and financially compliant

What you’ll do:

  • Works with the CIO and Country Process Owners for “WD Release Transformation Projects”:
  • You will the contact pont on behalf of the GPOD for business process design for each Workday@IBM Release.
  • Supports the Release Management team and leads Release ‘five in box team’ (GPOD, Global SMEs, Local SMEs, Workday, Data SME) to transform “As Is” business processes existing in silo’d country HR systems to align to GPO “To Be” Global Template business processes. Consult and incorporate country legislation and approved business deviations, and are financially accountable and audit compliant.
  • Consult with country and regional HR to understand and drive solutions for “Big Rocks”, obtain local and global agreement for designs based on the Workday@IBM governance process.

Our Globally integrated IBM Cognitive Process Services team provides offshore, nearshore and onshore solutions to Client delivery service requirements across industries and geographies. As Recruitment Coordinator, you are responsible for scheduling, coordinating interviews including travel, compensation negotiation, and generating offer letters. You will engage with Offered Candidates until onboarding, background verification resolution, data entry and internal/external reporting. The Coordinator will work with the Recruitment team members and third-party vendors to ensure that all applicants have been processed accurately and expediently.

What you’ll do:
