  • Requires a broad and comprehensive knowledge of technology and systems development lifecycle.
  • Responsible for gathering requirement specifications by interacting with business and other stakeholders.
  • Responsible in developing solutions using Documentum technologies (Webtop, xCP preferable).
  • Responsible in providing application support in production environment following Ford operations management processes (incident, request, problem etc.)
  • Must have expertise in identifying issues, risks and knowledge of timeline creation and managing them to completion.
  • Collaborate with others (e.g. System Designer/Analysts, Architects) to establish and maintain the security and controls framework needed for the project.
  • Should have effective communication skills. Must be able to participate actively in meetings with Business and other IT stakeholders.
  • Must work in UK shift timings (~12 00 - 21 30 IST)
  • 3 -5 + years of relevant IT experience in Documentum technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Documentum content server and associated architecture.
  • Excellent Communicator with Business Partners, User Community and Key Stakeholders.
  • Needs general familiarity with Documentum products(preferably above version 6.7).
  • Needs familiarity with planned EMC Documentum Products: Content Server,  Webtop, Xcp, D2.
  • Needs ability to design and implement back-end data structures within Documentum/Ford constraints.
  • Needs ability to design and implement workflows ranging from simple to moderate.
  • Needs familiarity with configuration/customization options for Documentum products especially Webtop.
  • Needs familiarity with migrating content/metadata to Documentum docbase.
  • Ability to design/implement feeds from external sources to EDMS/Documentum.
  • Expert knowledge/experience with all of the following technologies:  JavaScript, XML, XSL, HTML  and CSS.
  • Must have good working knowledge in Source(code) configuration management.
  • Must have working knowledge of Security and Controls tools and techniques.
  • Ability to solve technical/business challenges and quickly move over hurdles.

· Forecast and manage a given product category to meet the divisions annual goals. The objective is to enhance itemforecast accuracy to improve customer satisfaction and inventory turns while minimizing excess inventory.

· Create the forecasts of all products assigned in the department using forecasting and simulation software;

· Compiles/analyzes sales data and prepares a product demand forecast based on historic trends and any other relativematerial, analyzes forecast accuracy;

· Investigates and resolves product channel discrepancies, including part level demand conversions and thereplaced/replacing part process. Interacts with Supply Chain Specialists to resolve discrepancies and to provide for better recognition of inaccurate forecasts to permit scheduling orders more effectively.
