Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position:

1. Fleet Strategy
    • Develop fleet strategy that support fleet volume target
    • Translate strategy into action plans with dealers, key fleet accounts, suppliers
2. Visit key fleet accounts
    • Regularly visit key fleet accounts to keep relationship and identify business opportunities
    • Regular in person sales solicitation contacts Leasing  and major Finance company’s
    • Establish meaningful and trusting relationships with fleet customer and prospect
3. Quarterly Business Plan review
    • Review business plan with key fleet dealers (B2B dealers).
    • Support and Improve dealers fleet volume with appropriate action plans and initiatives
4. Fleet Roadshow and CRM
    • Lead in setting up “Fleet Event” to promote Ford Fleet Business and get more prospects
    • Regularly follow up prospects and update status in CRM database
5. Fleet Customer Database and channel management 
     • Lead in updating and expand fleet customer database with support from agency/suppliers
     • Capture and manage relevant fleet CRM database
6. Others
     • Work with Sales Planning to ensure there is enough production order to support fleet delivery
     • Build relationship with Financial institutes to support fleet business
     • Support Global Fleet bids with the AP Regional Fleet Team and international Fleet customer
     • Leverage the role of CSD in Fleet market
     • Support company used vehicle liquidation process to maximize Ford resale value and brand positioning

Lead a team of tax professionals of Ford Group companies in Thailand.

Responsible for overall compliance, accuracy, appropriateness, and efficiency of all tax-related matters including preparation and filing monthly/annual tax returns e.g. corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, excise tax returns, signboard tax, and property tax for all Ford entities in Thailand including 2 plants and 3 distribution & regional ASEAN companies.

Work and coordinate with related functions including Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, HR, Production, MP&L, Customs, Treasury, IT, MS&S, etc. to identify tax-related concerns and/or planning opportunities by considering requirements under Thai tax and Excise laws and regulations for any business initiatives and operations and providing timely resolution to address any potential issues.

Responsible for tax audit/controversy management with Thai tax authorities.

Act as a focal point for contact and responsible for maintaining good communication and relationships with tax authorities.

Liaise with tax authorities for efficient execution of tax audits/appeals and minimize any exposure resulting from audits or relevant tax assessments for all Ford entities in Thailand.

Liaise with Global Transfer Pricing team on transfer pricing arrangements and documentation for Ford Thailand entities.

Monitor draft tax updates/regulations and communicate possible impacts to the business including Board of Investment, Regional Operating Headquarter requirements/conditions updates.

Oversee preparation and filing of withholding tax certificate in English version request.

Body shop internship will be learning Body shop operations which include manual welding and also robot automation process. Intern will gain experience to work with multinational company. Internship will have opportunity to propose project for productivity improvement. work with cross functional team and project management.

Role and Responsibilities
 • Develop cost saving and productivity improvement project proposals
 • Conduct time and motion studies
 • Conduct job ergonomic analysis.
 • Analyze problem process constraints and conduct equipment cycle time analysis
 • Recommend most efficient distribution of manpower and review daily employee manpower, analyze plant methods and standards.
 • Deploy Industrial engineering knowledge to production and non-production team.


Required Qualifications and Competencies:
 • Engineering or any field (Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering)
 • Study in 3rd or 4th year with GPA at least 2.5
 • Ability to communicate in English both spoken and written
 • Strong maturity, interpersonal skills, excellent analytical skills
