Position Details:

  • VRT responsibilities as per FAP02-053
  • Create BSAQ Concerns for Process, Plant controllable and Manufacturing Quality issues.
  • Lead the team in finding, containing, fixing and preventing recurrence of the Plant controllable and process related concerns.
  • Close concerns based on internal and external data for the above mentioned concerns.
  • Responsible to ensure that Phase 1, 2 and 3 sections of the Form 4 are completely filled out for manufacturing containable issues.
  • Lead the review of and ensure that updates are made to the Plant Manufacturing Health Charts,  (see FAP03-197 Critical to Quality (CTQ) Health Charts, (VO E2KS Data Base System)) 
  • Ensure Plant Manufacturing Health Charts are maintained in the plant PIC Room on the Subsystem specific PIC Boards.
  • Tracking of internal indicators and SCs for subsystem to find improvement opportunities
  • Key representatives at daily QOS meeting to ensure QCM adjustments and workstation analysis complete for all external claims raised to board.
  • Assist with facility / tooling upgrades required for engineering changes or quality improvements on current model
  • Interface with forward model VOME teams to address high hurts
  • Lead FCR (Functional Check Report) for all changes to verify process impact and quality before change introduction
  • Update GSPAS process documentation as needed
  • Complete MTC checklists based on VRT responsibility.  
  •  Work together with production engineers to have improvements/changes implemented smoothly.

  • Create Model Area related Process Sheets in GSPAS for EOL( End of Line)
