What attributes do you look for when recruiting graduates?

We are looking for high calibre graduates who have at least a 2:1 degree or equivalent.

We are looking for graduates who demonstrate the potential to help drive our business forwards. Key attributes we look for include; enthusiasm, commitment, initiative, flexibility and adaptability. We select candidates for interview based on a number of criteria. We′re looking for evidence of specific strengths you′ve demonstrated through your interests, extracurricular activities and other life experiences.
