Position Summary:

  • Responsible for assisting the Account Manager on client relationships and ensuring delivery on marketing/ program recommendations made to client.
  • Responsible for providing inputs to clients in the field of CRM/ Loyalty by developing Customer Oriented Marketing road maps for clients based on insights gathered from Market Research/ Data Analytics.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Meet clients to discuss CRM/Loyalty needs
  • Work closely with the teams to identify and implement marketing opportunities for clients
  • Present campaign ideas and costings to client
  • Briefing the creative team for artwork and copy
  • Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
  • He or she will also gain trust from the clients and be perceived to be a Loyalty/ CRM practitioner
  • Ability to work with experienced and specialist teams (Analytics, Databases, Technology) and clients
  • Develop client business by constant process of new idea recommendation
  • Naturally thinks not just ‘Outside the box’ but well beyond the industry’s received wisdom

Assist the Account Manager on the following activities:

  • Develop annual/ quarterly marketing plans for client
  • Ensure delivery on client marketing programs by developing communication programs
  • Provide & present insight on consumers, brands, Channels and client’s markets to help provide impetus to the clients business

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBA in Marketing
  • Years of Experience: 2 + years across Digital, CRM & Loyalty Experience at agency / client organisations
  • Knowledge of Digital (Website, Social media) is a must
  • Excellent Writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Qualitative/ Quantitate research skills (can read and manipulate data. Uses data to support arguments and develop strategies)
  • Clear, confident, precise with a high attention to detail
