About Business Unit:

Maintenance Contracts (MCO) organization provides services to Renewal sales across Americas, EMEA and APJ regions for Renewal Bookings, Entitlement and Data Integrity Group activities. In Maintenance Renewals Booking we generate revenue on warranties for EMC. In “Data Integrity Group activities (DIG)activities, we set up the warranty contracts and provide right entitled services to the customers. In simple words, we as a team are responsible for processing & managing service maintenance contracts for commercial, enterprise, and partner accounts through Dell applications.

Role Overview: Senior Assistant, Order Management (MCO) – EMEA Region

Processes maintenance contracts for assigned regional accounts through DellEMC 's contract processing systems. Interfaces with Global Revenue Operations, Sales and Finance departments to resolve contract issues. Interfaces with all areas of Global Services, Sales, Inside Sales, Finance departments, and customers. Provides accurate contract information, and books revenue that meets corporate goals in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley regulations

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain contract information in the Worldwide Oracle Contracts Management System Database according to established procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLA 's)
  • Process consolidation of contracts and contract cancellations at the request of customers, Inside Sales Reps, or Sales. Reviews invoice details and issue credit memos where applicable.
  • Process Policy Variation Requests (PVR's) as required to meet established SLA 's
  • Assist credit department, sales and customers in the resolution of accounts receivable issues
  • Resolve order discrepancies and contract billing issues through interfacing with Customers, Global Revenue Operations, Finance or Senior Management
  • Manages contracts activity for renewal, installation/de-installation activity and upgrades of contract equipment for assigned regional accounts, (in conjunction with the terms of the hardware and software warranty and/or maintenance contract). Modifies contract information as needed. Use defined metrics to ensure consistency and best practices
  • Perform other duties/special projects as required

Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline or equivalent (Except BE, B-Tech. M. Com)


1-2 years relevant experience, or equivalent in order management/ maintenance contracts process
