Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • The TAM ensures best practices are being adhered to within the customer's environment and strives toward delivering consistent service levels by exceeding customer expectations and avoid customer escalations.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicates and reinforces channel strategy via integration and alignment with key stakeholders, including field sales team, inside sales team, specialist and pre-sales; provides leadership and accountability for execution of strategy and objectives
  • Responsible for articulating the DELL EMC vision and strategy, driving and measuring Channel Program Requirements and participation
  • Weekly planning with all Country Managed Partners to exceed revenue achievements, agrees and implements partner business plans and set performance milestones for all partners. Ensure that partner sales activities are complimentary to DELL EMC.
  • Execution of sales and marketing campaigns within the Country channel, ensure distribution and allocation of marketing funds to drive with the partners comprehensive lead generation campaigns for the whole DELL EMC product set within the Country market and measure and report the ROI on these campaigns.
  • Identify new partners, and maintain visible presence within partners and that the Partner has the appropriate resources to sell & support DELL EMC products and services. Alignment with key stakeholders within partners and ensuring that the channel partner exceeds the RSA..
  • To actively work with Country Distribution in respect of monitoring, recruitment, enablement of Distribution in order to ensure that the Country Distribution can provide and support the needs of the Country  Partners and to ensure compliance with the company channel programs via common business tools and practices provided.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts such that the data contained within SFDC accurately reflects the current quarter position for commit, upside and pipeline and outlook for following quarters. Focus should be especially around pipeline building

- Advanced-level professional managing medium/high complexity solutions incl. servers, networking, storage, PCs & packaged software
- Sells a broad range of products and services, including some enterprise-level with an in depth knowledge of Dell technology
- Serves as a lead engaging cross-functional resources, regardless of location in order to achieve goal/meet customer/partner needs
- Sells to medium-to large-sized customer/ partner accounts across multiple industries in a specific territory
- Analyzes multiple market factors to anticipate customer/ partner needs to make

 

Recommendations
- Develops account relationships with multiple decision makers, with complex and larger customer/partner accounts
- Viewed as trusted business advisor formulating strategy and direction
- Complete quarterly business training and prescribed courses from the License To Sell Assessment (LTSA)results
- Articulate value proposition for Dell OEM as it relates to key customer pains
- Participate in designated marketing campaigns and events

QUALIFICATION:
- 6 - 8 years above sales or customer service experience
- Command of written and oral English communications
