Planning Spare Parts Operations (SPO) team is responsible for end to end management of the HP Indigo spare parts inventory and material requirement planning operations

We are searching for a qualified Materials Manager to oversee our inventory and material requirement planning operations.

If you are an experienced and competent individual with in-depth knowledge of material requirement planning, inventory management systems and procedures, then we’re looking for you!

In this role, your will need to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan and facilitate on-time materials to the production line. Ultimately, you are tasked with ensuring all our departments have adequate access to the materials they need.

Material planning Spare Parts Operations team lead & oversee our inventory and material requirements in spare part planning operations. collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan supply & demand for service parts operation

Supporting  customer facing engineers and ASMs, as well as business operations  for escalations & top strategic account demand.

Requires to  solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads a broad range of complex supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis and planning and projects.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and leads/develops recommendations and provides insight for management.
  • Independently executes complex demand and supply matching activities, connecting project planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.
  • Works cross-functionally to identify and achieve customer needs.
  • Responsible for organizing and leading cross-functional teams to ensure the execution of all program deliverables to meet the needs of target customers and business requirements.
  • Defines and reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement actions to address.
  • Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, direction and focus to assist the project team in managing their activities, plans and schedules.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Industrial & Management education (background in information system – preferred)
  • Communication, Presentation, Project management and Excel skills

  • Characterization and assimilation of processes to support quality improvement internally and externally

  • Leading team of cross platforms product managers (including NPI)
