  • Participate in real auditing projects under the supervision of professional auditors;

  • Inventory on the client companies’ status;

  • Prepare statistical and analytical reports;

  • Testing controls and identifying risks;

  • Prepare the information for the colleagues who take part in auditing processes;

  • Gather all the information about the companies’ clients.

Main responsibilities:

- Maintain accounting books and records for clients in accordance with the requirements set out by the Bulgarian Accounting Act, International Financial Reporting Standards, National Accounting Standards and clients’ accounting policies;
- Identify process improvement opportunities based on the use of technologies;
Participate actively in the Corporate Income Tax and Value Added Tax compliance processes for clients;
- Ensure the clients have met all other compliance obligations they may have;
Identify tax planning opportunities;
- Communicate with the tax and other government authorities;

Requirements:

- University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics;
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting; 
-Good knowledge of National Accounting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards and tax regulations; 
- Proficiency in English;
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Previous experience in working in an accounting firm is considered advantage.
