Role and responsibilities:

·        Be involved in specific activities such as fact finding interviews, data analytics, analytical reviews, research on individuals and companies, documents review on various engagements (e.g. fraud/corruption and other fact-finding investigations, anti-fraud assessments, anti-corruption/ anti-money laundering/ KYC compliance reviews, expert reports for Court and Arbitration purposes, computer forensics, etc.)

·        Ability to document specific information and to summarize relevant facts

·        Discuss findings with team and more senior staff and follow up on review points

·        Work as part of a team, liaise with client and other specialist staff in the practice to provide high quality client services

·        Draft texts and analysis for use in reports and various communications, when the case

Job requirements:

·        Finance or accounting professionals with 1-2 years of relevant experience (e.g. audit compliance, internal audit, accounting, antifraud, AML)

·        University degree ( preferable in economics, law)

·        Being an ACCA or CFE student is a plus

·        Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and attention to details

·        Strong English language skills

·        Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels

·        Well-developed listening and questioning techniques, supported by strong analytical, logical and diagnostic skills and organizational abilities

·        Strong team working skills

·        Accounting knowledge (Romanian Accounting Standards and IFRS knowledge)

·        Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet)
