Your main role will be to support our Architects and experience senior professionals in their day to day activities and slowly, but surely, increase your knowledge and build up your career. The work requires understanding of different businesses and business processes related to them and ability to visualize and argument their automation and integration with surrounding IT services and applications.

What qualifications do we expect from you? 

Technical skills: 

  • Advanced Excel/Sheets - reporting, formulas, pivot tables. Macros as an advantage 

  • Slides creation, manual job aids creation, able to present complex numerical information through user friendly dashboards 

  • Presentation skills, ability to describe complex things in a simple way 

  • IT/Business Support/Helpdesk experience would be a strong advantage 

  • Sales experience would be an advantage but not mandatory 

  • Salesforce or other CRM basic experience would be a huge advantage 

Soft skills:

What do we expect you to do? 

As a CEE Salesforce Senior Associate, you’ll work with CEE Salesforce Project Manager/Solution Owner as part of CEE team helping PwC Employees to adopt Salesforce for business development purposes, enriching functionality with new features and switching new processes to the platform. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project, lead the ad hoc Salesforce requests 

  • Resolve and/or escalate users issues to the Support team, track escalated issues 

  • Act as a point of contact for Salesforce Champions and Coaches from all Central and Eastern Europe territories 

  • Handle basic Salesforce user administration tasks including access management for users 

  • Build custom reports and dashboards as per business requests 

  • Prepare training materials and user job aids
