Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 2 plus years relevant work experience.

Job Description

• Owner of the customer data in Oracle’s EMEA region.
• Working with EMEA business operations teams, and the sales data desk team in India and Romania to identify data quality issues and plans to fix those issues
• Generation of monthly metrics to track improvements in the data quality and gaps in quality that need to be addressed
• Generating details reports to identify individual sales accounts in EMEA that have data issues highlighted by the monthly metrics.   Analysis of these issues and passing that analysis to the data desk teams in Romania and India to fix them.  Then follow up reporting to confirm that the actions taken have the desired improvement effect on the data
• Chairing monthly meeting with the EMEA business operations teams to update them on metrics, provide updates on projects we are working on, and solicit feedback on their customer data experience
• Be the point of contact for EMEA operations teams for all questions they have and issues they raise with regard to customer data creation and quality

Applicant Requirements

• Good communication skills – able to build and present slides, arrange and chair meetings and able to effectively communicate by email and on the phone.
• 1 year experience managing project activities, and looking to grow project management skills
• Flexible working hours.  This will require working with teams in India and the US
• Good organization skills.   The application will be able to manage a number of tasks simultaneously, document and track them in confluence and follow up on actions with owners.  The applicant will also manage testing cycles, log bugs and enhancements and keep track of progress with the technical teams.
• Strong Microsoft excel skills.
