What you will be required to deliver in your new role?

• Daily tracking of CRM campaigns (customer journeys) effectiveness
• Omnichannel CRM activities measurement and reporting on regular basis
• Customer & portfolio analysis across all IPF Digital markets with the aim of better understanding our customer’s database on the stages of customer’s live: onboarding, x-sell, retention
• Support in campaign’s target groups description and sales potential estimation
• Strategic and operational segmentations creating and maintenance
• Data mining analysis building to give better Customer insight
• Along with the digital marketing team analyze customer performance and deliver insights contributing to the optimization of paid advertising
• Along with the data warehouse team work on better data model, data quality and data enrichment which could improve the quality of analysis (excellent knowledge of data in CRM’s sources of data required)
• Identify appropriate opportunities to maximise sales based on ongoing customer insights analysis
• Work with the technical Marketing Automation team to define data challenges at the interface of existing databases (currently DWH, SF, MC)
• Be flexible and pragmatic about how you spend your time, balancing a broad range of business needs to ensure that the business is successful in growing in a cost effective way
• Be a great team member, inspiring and supporting the team to be efficient, focused and generate profit

What do we need from you:

Min. 5 years of experience in B2C segment, preferably within digital, ecommerce, FMCG, Retail, Financial Service (Fintech a plus)
Past experience as a data analyst, data miner, programmer
Experience in: reports delivering, predictive models building and implementing, advanced analysis
Fluent in verbal and written business English
Excellent knowledge of data bases and data models
Advanced SQL (Python a plus)
Very good Excel skills
Predictive analytics tools and algorithms
Google Analytics/Google 365 (nice to have)
Marketing Cloud 3+ (nice to have)
Salesforce (especially Service Cloud) experience (nice to have)

Key role responsibilities of the Test Coordinator role are to…

Build of repository for test-cases (preferably in Jira), maintenance & updated when necessary
Reviewing software requirements documentation
Creating and maintaining test plans and test strategies
Leading testing processes (eg. UAT, SAT, Regression Testing)
Defect reporting and management
Manual Test Cases development
Providing reports and metrics on test activities
Liaising with the Project Management and Development teams to ensure adherence to quality during the development process.

What do we need from you:

Over 3 years of experience working as Test Coordinator in software QA and testing
Being proficiency in Functional, E2E and UAT testing and test processes as a part of SDLC and STLC
Advanced knowledge of different testing methods: Integration, UAT, E2E, functional, non-functional, automation testing
Broad knowledge of testing methodologies. IT infrastructure, IT hardware and technology – different operating systems and network devices
Experience in working in an international business that works cross-culturally
Being a strong communicator with IT and business
Good comman of English – ability to communicate in English on a day-to-day basis in speaking and writing
Problem solving skills and having ability to work under pressure
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines

What you will be required to deliver in your new role?

• You will enhance monthly people costs reporting
• You will partner with key IPF Digital stakeholders (budget holders) with the view to increase cost awareness across the business
• You will partner with HR Director, HR Manager and HRBP’s with the view to optimise people costs management across the business
• You will participate in the budgeting process across IPF Digital, ensuring compliance with Group budgeting requirements and the provision of support to in-market financial controllers where required.
• You will provide a robust challenge to the output with the aim of improving the quality of people budgeting across IPF Digital.
• You will perform forecasting and scenario testing as part of the budget and pay review process.
• You will provide FP&A Manager with the delivery of forecasts and budgets
• You will undertake the analysis of cost base and provide challenge around HR costs
• You will support the delivery of forecasts and budgets for existing markets and providing analysis of the business case to HR representatives and project sponsors, finance leaders and the IPF Digital senior management Team. Alternatively you will provide support, where required, if this is being performed by HR Director.
• You will work independently in an efficient and focused way

Qualifications:

Master degree in finance and accountcy and/or compensation and benefits.

Skills:

Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
Excellent MS Excel skills (VBA skills would be of additional benefit)

Ability to prepare reports and recommendations
Strong interpersonal communication skills
