Your key responsibilities


You will be supporting Finance & Accounting department being a part of: Billing, Time & Expense, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable processes and building cooperative relationships with our Clients.

As part of our team you will be:

 

  • process all vendor invoices in accordance with the documented procedure
  • initiate vendor setup and vendor maintenance in financial systems wherever necessary
  • process all system and bank payments including manual payments and adjustments
  • control the vendor maintenance and follow up on the liability balance
  • adhere to the efficiency, quality and business conduct parameters
  • respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner

 

Skills and attributes for your success:

  • Good English skills (B1/B2) and Spanish/German/French/Italian (B1/B2)

EY GDS has a pleasure to announce the opportunity to join Travel Center Team working for French-speaking internal customers. The goal of the Travel Center is to guarantee our internal clients satisfaction and compliance with EY Travel policy. The Travel Center will hire expertly trained agents, whose daily support will be highly beneficial in mitigating travel risks, improving travel policy compliance and improving travel savings. The opportunity

With developing the Travel Center for internal customers, we are looking for experienced travel agents who have practical knowledge of travel booking systems and solid experience in customer service. Your key responsibilities

Apart from the travel-related duties, you will have an influence on the relationship with the client and contribute to the global travel arrangement strategy. No travels will be required for this role.

About Program Mercury

Program Mercury is a large, multi-year, enterprise-wide process transformation that will replace 

more than 1400 EY business systems and related processes with an integrated, SAP-centric 

platform.  It will standardize and harmonize activities throughout the organization and

significantly improve how EY manages its business.  Program Mercury is a key enabler of EY’s Vision 2020, directly supporting the efforts of a number of transformation initiatives across the Firm by streamlining the application portfolio, reducing operating costs and providing a platform to deliver services more efficiently.

 

About the Mercury Support Team (MST)

As an organization jointly owned by the business and IT, MST is a centralized and global 

organization which will provide operational support for the delivered Mercury solution and manage and support the Mercury user community.  The MST will play an integral role in governance of the Mercury solution and the global template from both a business and IT perspective. It will evolve to work closely with the business in enabling the benefit and value to be realized from the investment in Program Mercury and to set the future direction and technology road map to support Vision 2020+.

 

 

 

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Contribute with timely maintenance and publication of release calendars (MST Production Release Calendar and MST Non-Production Release Calendar)

  • Support MST Release Planner to identify future release/change conflicts within Mercury and by/between Mercury and other EY systems with which Mercury interacts

  • Assist with proposed changes to the Mercury solution and assignment to appropriate release types/windows (For example, should a change be assigned to a monthly release, a continuous improvement release, a break/fix release?  Is the change appropriate/necessary?  Are there external constraints preventing the originally proposed release window for a particular release?)  The MST Release Analyst will assist the Planner in this area

  • Work independently based on direction from lead. Take accountability for the performance and results of your team

  • Adapt plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges

  • Manage internal issues escalated from the team to remove barriers preventing them from performing their assigned activities

  • Provide quality metrics and reporting to promote compliance 

  • Adopt a logical, organized approach to problem resolution

  • Clearly articulate problems and proposed solutions

 

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Degree at university level

  • English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication

  • Experience with Release Planning for ERP or systems implementation preferred

  • Experience with ERP or systems implementation
