A software 'robot' is a software application that replicates human beings in interacting with the user interface of a computer system. Using ‘robots’ allows us to save a time and enhance business productivity. Let’s imagine processing a loan applications, which now can be checked by ‘robot’.

Your key responsibilities

As a RPA Developer, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of automation processes.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Knowledge of Visual Basic, Python or any other programming language
  • University degree (eventually last year) in economic or technical field

 Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation’s solutions
  • Knowledge of SQL databases
  • HTML/JavaScript experience
  • Experience in financial sector (banks, insurance companies) 
  • Experience as a software tester
  • Command of German or French

What are you gonna do?

“In our team, we deal with fraud, corruption, compliance or litigation for clients not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad. We process and analyze large volumes of data, identify potential risks, and help companies to properly combat them. We use modern forensic technology and databases to help us deal with embezzlement, tender manipulation, credit or insurance fraud, or corruption. It is a work that constantly pushes us and thanks to that we will also look at projects outside the Czech Republic. ”  Tomáš Kafka, Partner in the Forensic Services Department

What will you need for work and what will be an advantage?

- Higher Education: Completed undergraduate study is not a prerequisite for taking up, but we are counting on you working on being Ing. or Mgr. With legal education in our country you will have points for good. 
- The ability to think about the problem and propose a solution: Whether it is according to our methodology or separately. 
- Good English (or German will be useful for you): We use English every day, you need to be good at writing and speaking it. 
- Overview of accounting regulations advantage: If you do not know them, never mind, we will teach you everything. 
- Experience with fraud prevention and investigation or internal audit: If you have already smelled this area during your studies, on an internship or if you wrote a bachelor or diploma on this topic, you will find it useful. 
You will constantly learn new things and communicate with the people at the client every day. It will be a lot of personal meetings, emails and calls when you have to find out or organize a lot of things. 
- And most importantly, just to be a good match, because we spend a lot of time together, so we have to sit human.

What are we looking for?

  • Knowledge of national and European law and experience in ESIF / EU funding

  • Knowledge or alternatively at least 2 years of experience in managing authorities for EU funding, Financial Instruments Units, Central Coordination Authorities or National Development Banks

  • Experience with coordination / implementation of ESIF / EFSI  is an advantage

  • We would appreciate if you have the background in development of environment for use of innovative financial instruments and PPP projects

  • Any experience in projects focused on investment strategies / opportunities are welcome

  • Fluency in English; international exposure through work or studies preferred

  • University degree
