What will you do:

As a Procurement Operations Agent you will manage on daily basis the purchasing requests in scope for the Tactical Buy Team. Mostly, you will:

  • Support purchase of goods and services related to applicable categories
  • Manage and perform purchase requisitions according to policies
  • Generate demand through user engagement (e.g. regular meetings/trainings with key requesters).
  • Identify and recommend the best service solutions to increase the client satisfaction
  • Recommend updates to procedures and user’s guide/process improvements/optimization opportunities where applicable/feasible

Qualifications:

What do we expect?

  • Procurement and analytical background with min. 1 year of experience in procurement area
  • Bachelors/University Degree
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Experience as a buyer in a middle sized or large organization is a plus

What will you do?

  • Support the overall strategy, focus and priorities for his/her focused Digital research program, with a strong focus on Digital Market and competitors’ analysis, in consultation with other stakeholders and colleagues, and with input from the Global Digitals Research Team Lead.
  • Contribute to build effective relationships with Global business sponsors and their teams (Marketing, Sales, Growth & Strategy, etc.)
  • Represent Accenture Research in client-facing situations, for instance in proposals, workshops and live presentations.
  • Contribute to the development of research assets that differentiate Accenture Research in the market, e.g., forecasting of market trends, modelling of survey data to size markets, impact evaluation of digital innovation, etc.
  • Perform complex research across Digital services topics and businesses and bring new ideas for delivering research findings.  This includes in-depth research on geographic and/or horizontal segment trends, competitors, industry market trends and issues, and relevant Digital topics utilizing number of available sources.
  • Work closely with other research colleagues in order to remain vigilant regarding Digital-related opportunities within their sectors and countries as well as resourcing needs.
  • Actively contributing to Accenture, both locally and globally. Taking part in team building activities, supporting Digital leadership, your local Accenture Research lead and the global Digital Transformation research team (e.g., contributing to team training, sharing your knowledge via social channels, calls, etc., and actively participating in other team events).  

Qualifications:

What are we looking for? 

  • University degree
  • Up to 3 years market research experience, preferably in a consulting environment, Digital/Innovation/Business analyst firm, equity brokerage, start-up, Digital Services provider, IT services firm, or demonstrated equivalent skill.
  • Knowledge of the Digital services landscape and emerging trends
  • Working experience collaborating in a team of research professionals or professional services company
  • Comfort working with senior executives to shape research-driven strategies, thought leadership, assets/tools
  • Experience of writing studies, thought leadership and presentations for delivery to internal and external audience is a plus
  • Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Good written and oral communications skills, including the ability to understand and define clearly the research requirements and expectations of the customer
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex and unfamiliar subjects
  • Understanding of business and economics issues at large.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately
  • Ability to work independently and share status updates on work progress
  • Enthusiasm to work effectively in global, multi-cultural, multi-time zone team (Europe, LATAM, South Africa, India, China and U.S.A.)
  • Strong professional qualities: client focus, decisiveness, integrity, resilience to stress against stretch goals, deadlines.
  • Experience of forecasting or statistical analysis would be of significant benefit
  • Fluent Polish and English
