Key Deliverables & Responsibilities:

  • Lead proposal process from post-service request through fulfillment. 
  • Write, edit, proofread, design, and format assigned customer-facing artifacts, (e.g. Budgetary Estimates, Proposals, Statements of Work)
  • Support and work with other team members to develop and complete high-quality artifacts and other specific proposal tasks associated with the Proposal Manager/Specialist role:
  • Set up and manage collaboration sites on SharePoint
  • Facilitate status calls
  • Create/manage schedule, author process/guidance documents, and maintain templates/artifacts associated with this position.
  • Contribute and maintain database/knowledgebase/archive of reusable guidance, templates, references, and other pre-approved, customer-facing content.
  • Complete weekly report on requests/opportunities
  • Assist client's Sales personnel in providing a world-class service to our main enterprise customers and partners.
  • Provide quality delivery of service center catalog items in line with catalog process descriptions and SLAs through attention to detail, ownership of issues and follow-through. Deliver on service center pilot services, per prescribed guidelines.
  • Carry out regular quality reviews 
  • Ensure services are delivered to the agreed OLAs/SLAs. 
  • Building Relationships
  • Work with the Service Center delivery leads and delivery managers to resolve escalations and to improve internal processes & policies;

- Managing customer and internal engineer escalations while working closely with the Service Delivery Manager. 
- Overseeing the reactive landscape end to end and managing any support bottlenecks to ensure smooth progression and inform key stakeholders as required. 
- Creating and reviewing Incident Management reports in order to deliver business insights through incident categorization and trend analysis. 
- Identifying opportunities for proactive services in order to reduce the frequency and duration of incidents. 
- Collaborating with the Critical Escalation Team on any escalations related to customer critical incidents. 
- Sending monthly and weekly summary reports of Customer Support usage directly to customers, including details of current status. 
- Providing weekly reports of sensitive cases and escalation activities, carried out for review with the Service Delivery Manager. 
- Advocating and being customer-centric when engaging internally and externally to drive progression of incidents. 
- Using the appropriate escalation routes and tools to ensure the service is delivered in a timely way and at a relevant and accurate standard.

  • Work with solution delivery and sales teams in identifying, analysis, solution, developing business case, proposal preparation and presentation to client
  • Write standard proposals by analyzing the proposal requests and customizing templates and interfacing effectively with sales and solutions team under standard guidelines
  • Integrate content from proposal resources; work with details to illustrate compelling story and a winning proposal narrative (including management plans, staffing plans, past performance/experience, transition plans, quality initiatives and other areas) independently
  • Create, manage and maintain proposal development schedule, proposal design and execute quality control functions, including work plans, schedules and milestones
