Siemens Signalling Company Ltd (SSCX), established in December 1995, is a Sino-German joint venture between Xi′an Railway Signal Factory (XRSF) and Siemens Ltd. China (SLC), engaged in development, design, manufacture and sales of signalling products and systems for main line, mass transit, special railways, other rail bound transportation systems, and the related engineering and services.

1) Sales Management Activitie: Customer and Distributor Relationship Management 客户和代理商关系的管理What are my responsibilities?

2) Coach the team to meet(over achieve) area sales target. 管理和辅导团队达成(超额完成)销售目标。

3) Keep close contacts with distributors and key customers, including new customer acquisitions. 日常与现有代理商和重要客户保持密切联系,并获得新客户。

4) Manage the instrument inventory well 管理好设备库存

5) Coaching the team to enhance systems penetration and customer satisfaction in interaction with our brand promise. 辅导团队以我们的品牌承诺达成方法渗透及客户满意度。

6) Marketing Activities: To analyze  local market structures, changes and new market trends,  review with RCM/RCS and react according to market. 分析本地市场的构成、变化和新发展趋势,与RCM/RCS回顾并根据市场作出反应。

7) Coach and develop team members. 辅导和发展团队成员。

8) Other marketing or related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company. 其它上级或公司指派的项目或任务。

 

 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1) Good command of MS Office, especially in Excel and PPT for data analysis and sales report.                            
2) Bachelor degree holder .                                                                                                                                              
3) Eager to learn, self-driven, detail oriented, responsible                                                                                            
4) Effective communication skills both written and verbal                                                                                               
5) Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies                                                      
6) Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED Dx operates

What are my responsibilities? 

Mainly focusing on CS CRM IT optimization project, also will be involved in other CS IT projects to be planned @ 2nd phase of CRM project to cope with HC 2025 IT landscape.
Major task in the CRM project will be:
(1) Comapre the current CS IT inventry with the requirement from operational departments and find gaps.
(2) Design of the mid-term and long-term solution for the current and future business requirement.
(3) Drive/push/monitor/support  IT developers to catch up the project goal.
(4) Assign key users, organize user acceptance testing.
(5) organize end user training and roll out.

 

What do I need to qualify for this job? 
a. University degree in Information Technology. better specialized in data structure and algorithm. Good graduation
    degree (+ 20% in classs)
b. More than 3 years project experience in developing CRM tools with the role of requirement analysis, designing of  
    data structure and bug fixing/system improvement.
c. Good command in English, CET 6 or equivalent at least.
d. Good teamwork, good commuication and cooperation with internal/external colleagues suppliers and customers.
e. Willing to take tough job, willing to take responsibility.
