Xi′an Qujiang Cultural Industry Investment Group is approved by the government of Xi’an city and was founded in 1998 by the Qujiang New District Administrative Committee. The registered capital is 4.2 billion RMB. By the end of 2010, the total assets were 16.9 billion RMB.

Xi′an Qujiang Cultural Industry Investment Group, through its subsidiaries, produces movies, television serials and cultural activities. It also provides construction and tourism services.
