LTU Education Center works with many high schools and universities in Taiwan. We provide education services for our partners, including study abroad, scholarships, student exchange, and native English teachers from the UK, USA.

What attributes do you look for when recruiting graduates?

English teacher:

1. passionate and love chinese culture

2. knowing teacher is more than a teaching job

3. certificates at specified field, such TESOL or related is beneficial

4. can fit in the local life and salary (20K GBP annual salary, above the local average)

What key advice would you give to China students/graduates who would like to work for your company?

We don't expect much teaching experience candidates but we expect they are full of passion about teaching.

Be Respectful to Taiwan local culture and then you will see the exclusive and esteem traditional Chinese under Marco Polo's pen. You can google and youtube Taiwan then you will find more than your image.

Employee will pay relatively high salary here, but don't expect as same as the UK. Every living item is affordable even Taiwan is developed country.
