We are looking for someone to join that team to focus on the below.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data integrity check, research information from available sources, release and update client data records
  • Coordinate with colleagues in other departments to resolve issues with client data records
  • Continually improve the quality of client management system
  • Monitor outstanding client opportunity records, generate report and follow up managers to update progress/status of opportunities in the system 
  • Check and release client engagement records 
  • Monitor engagements of inactive team and coordinate to reassign engagements 
  • Follow up missing timesheets of staff
  • Preparing reports for open client engagements, staff utilization, ad-hoc reports i.e. list of engagements in a specific sector for credential preparation 

Qualifications and Skill

  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration and related fields
  • 2+ years working experience, experienced in database management would be an advantage
  • Self-starter capable of working with little day-to-day supervision.
  • Structural thinking, detail oriented.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office especially in MS Excel
  • Strong communication, team working and problem solving skills with a positive and enthusiastic personality
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Thai. 
  • Ability to thrive in an international environment
  • Thai national

Responsibilities

  • Prepare standard periodic management reporting
  • Proactively analyze and explain the reason for significant variances in the various management reports 
  • Verify information i.e. business sector of target client 
  • Weekly follow up timesheet of all staff 
  • Prepare financial information in a variety of presentational forms 
  • Organize and manage data cleansing 
  • Maintain client database 
  • Provide information to client facing team upon request.

Qualifications

  • Thai nationality
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
  • At least 2-3 years work experience in related fields
  • Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to organize and manage data cleansing
  • Very good numerical analysis skills
  • Strong leadership skills; achievement orientation, self-driven and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • To monitor and manage staff booking in order to manage staff workload and staff shortage with appropriate action taken
  • To coordinate with audit managers in order to allocate audit staffs into clients' job efficiently
  • To handle data entry for Resource Planning
  • To generate report using excel format
  • To be help desk service for resource issues
  • To assist team for initiative in related of resources

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and or any related field
  • Experience in client service at least 1 year (Welcome new graduate)
  • Having strong analytical skill, well-organized and able to manage priorities
  • Good command of English
  • Good at computer-literate, preferable in Microsoft Offices and advance in Microsoft Excel (ability to use PivotTable and VLOOKUP is a plus)
